Caroline Owens, a 3x IBMA Momentum & SPBGMA-nominated Bluegrass Female Vocalist of the Year, is a recording artist and songwriter for Billy Blue Records and Billy Blue Music Publishing in Nashville, TN. She has performed alongside many of the music industry’s most accomplished artists such as Alison Krauss, Ricky Skaggs, Rhonda Vincent, and many more.
